We hope this message finds our customers, colleagues, and community members safe and healthy.

We share everyone’s deep concern over the Coronavirus. It is affecting everyone. We have focused our energy and talents into taking care of our communities, our customers, and our people. This has been our focus for over 25 years.

Last week’s country and statewide “Shelter in Place” orders have caused alarm and confusion. Our communities will still depend on critical infrastructure, which has been defined as essential business. Federal guidance indicates that infrastructure workers have a special responsibility to maintain normal work schedules where possible.

Taking Care of Our Customers
Main Street Materials will remain OPEN to provide the materials necessary for our customers to help get this essential infrastructure work done. However, for the safety of everyone, our team will follow hygiene and social distancing practices issued from public health officials.

Taking Care of our People
We’re providing as much flexibility as possible for all Main Street Materials’ people to do what is best for their families in this crisis. In addition to our strict social distancing approach where on-site work is required, we have asked our people to work from home whenever possible. Our highest priority is for our people to stay healthy and safe during these challenging times.

Obviously, this is a very fluid situation. As conditions change, our approach may as well. But our values, and our focus in a time of crisis, will remain right where they’ve been for over 25 years.

Take good care of yourselves and your families.

Sincerely,

Paul Noring
